To be truly Agile, an organisation needs to operate in a very different way, with leadership, values and norms all reinforcing the culture. Business agility is concerned with the adoption and evolution of values, behaviours and capabilities that enable businesses and professionals to be more adaptive, creative and resilient when dealing with complexity, uncertainty and change.

‘Agile’ is a very broad and general term: there are many methods and frameworks that fall under this umbrella term, and it is often difficult to recognize which one could fit the needs of professionals and organisations.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
